Approximately 75 minutes from Las Vegas, Sun City Mesquite is one of Nevada's fastest-growing active adult communities and offers a very different lifestyle from the Las Vegas valley. When complete, Sun City Mesquite is expected to contain approximately 3,400 to 3,750 homes, making it one of the larger Del Webb communities in the Southwest. Construction began in 2007 and continues today with both resale and new construction opportunities available.
